Consumer Payment service agreement
This AMIR Bank Consumer Payment Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of the AMIR Bank Consumer Payment Service (the “Service”) and supersedes any prior agreements between you and AMIR Bank for the Service. By subscribing to the Service, using the Service, or permitting someone else to use the Service on your behalf, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. In the event
that a revised Service agreement is provided by AMIR Bank, that agreement will supersede the terms of this Agreement.
As used in this Agreement, “AMIR Bank Account®” means any eligible AMIR Bank brokerage account(s) from which payments are made and “you”
